Still Mind Zen Counsellor and Psychotherapist

What can counselling and psychotherapy do for you?

​​My particular focus is in supporting clients experiencing:

  • Anxiety and fear

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Grief

  • Anger

and how to help them discover more meaning and contentment in their lives. Zen is about living life to the full, as it is right now, a life filled with love, kindness, and compassion. One of the ways of doing that is to still our minds, by letting go of past resentments, guilt, regrets, and hurts. 

Once we can do this, we can gain inner calm and a clear awareness of how we want to live, free from attachments to these unwanted emotions. The mind is settled and we can approach life open to all possibilities.

I work very much with how a client is at this present moment, and while of course past events impact on the present, the main focus is on the here and now, and creating a positive future.

I have a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy and work mainly in the Eastern Suburbs and Inner West of Sydney.
